ERROR: DF024

Hello,

I'm trying to install InDesign and every time I do, I receive this error:

Exit Code: 7 Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example,  ERROR: DF024 ...

ERROR: DF024: Unable to move file at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers\adobeTemp\{DBFD0312-6E55-1014-8952
-E78D43BC0147}\_12_c9e4bc69a1bc6651a72ed1df181a4e51" to "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe InDesign CC 2015\AdobeXMP.dll" Error 32 The process
cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.. Try setting correct permissions to the specified file/folder or parent folder,
so that admin has rights to modify it.(Seq 36)  -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have tried mutliple solutions I've found on the Adobe website and none of them have worked as of yet, including the Adobe Cleanup Tool.

Please help, I need this working ASAP!
