Error downloading Photoshop and after effect

used both products before, and I had to uninstall and reinstall them, so I removed and reinstalled them. All other programs were successful, and the other two had error code 117. The error code is a network problem, so it's strange why only two can not download it. Both are 6%, 7% are not completely down. So I did not know and tried the cleaner. What?

    Hi, you said you tried using the Adobe Cleaner Tool and it didn't fix the problem?

    The other alternative, if you're trying to download using the Creative Cloud Desktop app and it doesn't work – e.g., it's too slow or stuck or frozen – then you can get the 2020 standalone installers instead via direct download links.
