Error in uninstalling 2019 adobe apps

I am trying to install the newest version of adobe apps but I wanted to uninstall my 2019 version of adobe apps. however, I cannot do so for when I try to uninstall the applications in the control panel or add or remove the program it says that cannot uninstall the program is not installed on the computer. is it possible that the program is not installed on my computer but can be found in my program list?
