In addition to the suggestions given by the expert above, could you confirm if the apps being installed in the same country/region as per your operating system?

I have trouble installing photoshop and lightroom on my Imac

what exactly do you see when trying to install those apps?

what os/version do you have?

Dear,
I am a student of the Leuven art academy in Belgium and purchased the creative coud via them

When I go to creative cloud I see this (1st attachment). Which says Photoshop and lightroom are included.
When I the go to “see all app’s and services” I have this screen (attachment 2) which says “try or buy photoshop and lightroom.
When i click on photoshop it says “you are not in the right geography.

Or it says “not compatible”. I work on a Imac with updated software up to date “see attachment 3

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

 

if that fails, change the install location
