error launching Dreamweaver 2021 code 205

I recently installed Creative Cloud on Windows 10 PC. All has been working well. Today I went to run Dreamweaver for the first time and got a "sorry you can't run Dreamwearer at the time... error 205" message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted the PC several times but as soon as Dreamweaver starts I still getthe error message. Any suggestions?

is that "error code 205" or "error 205"?

does dw install without problem?

even better embed a screenshot of the error message

DW installed without any problem, opened and asked if I was a new user or not, I can even right click on html documents and DW will open them, but as soon as the program opens I get the message that there is an error and it needs to close reference code 205

Thanks, but I am using a windows 10 PC, I don't thnk there is a keychain access
