Error message (49) when installing trial version of Photoshop

I have just been trying to download Photoshop onto a Windows 8 laptop and at the very end of the process, it came up with a message saying 'Download Error. Press Retry to try again or contact customer support (49). Can anyone advise me how to rectify this? Thanks
