Error P206 en nuevo Ordenador

Hola.

Acabo de comprar un MacBook y me disponía a instalar de nuevo Creative Cloud y los demás programas. Sin embargo cuando lo hago me aparece error p206.

No tengo problema de conexión ni de firewall. Todo funciona correctamente.

He cerrado sesión de Creative Cloud en el ordenador antiguo y sigue sin dejarme instalarlo.

No puedo acceder a Soporte Técnico ya que mi cuenta está sujeta a la Universidad y no estoy autorizada para hacerlo.

No se como solucionarlo.

do you see both logos?

if you can and still see a connection error, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
