Errors installing updates

I received a message to update my programs, however, everytime I try, I receive the following errors:

Adobe Photoshop 13.0.1.3

There was an error installing this update. Please quit and try again later. Error Code: U44M1I200

Extension Manager 6.0.8 Update

There was an error downloading this update. Please quit and try again later. Error Code: U43M1U49

Adobe InDesign CS6 8.0.2 updates

There was an error installing this update. Please quit and try again later. Error Code: U44M1I200

FYI - I have the actual CD's (not the monthly subscription program), and I do not want to change to the monthly subscription either.
