Question

EULA Won't Accept, Simply Comes Back

Hello all,

I'm trying to install Illustrator CC because I'm interested in giving it a shot and maybe subscribing, but am having problems getting it to work on my computer, which is a WIndows 10 device.  Right now I have gone through the advice in this link yet am still seeing the same error.  This is including just deleting the .XML document mentioned in the %appdata% folder.  Just in case it was specific to Illustrator, I have also tried this with Photoshop CC, and am receiving the same "EULA loop."

Is there additional things that can be done save those described in the linked article?  I see in searching that similar things have happened in the apst, but most solutions seem to be for Windows 7. Has anything moved on this recently or is there any addiitonal potential fixes avaialbe?

Thanks in any case folks,

- Richard !

Hi Richard,

As you have mentioned you get the EULA screen repeatedly after launching an Adobe CC app, just to confirm on that screen you are just asked to 'accept' license and terms and then it reapers, if yes then please try the troubleshooting given here: Software License Agreement reappears after you click Accept.

If you see the sign in screen repeatedly then refer to the following help document: Adobe Creative Cloud signs you out or asks you to sign in repeatedly.

Let us know if this helps.

The issue is the one found in that first Help article (I linked to it in my original question actually).  I have done both processes and right now the AAM is up to date and I have deleted multiple .xml files as note din the article at htis point and sitll have not had much success with things. I have also done some "in case" things with that, like rebooting after installing the former, and rebooting after deleting the latter.  Still seeing the EULA and no programs are launching save for the AAM.
