Excel Conversion Tool

I created an Adobe ID account so I could try the free trial Excel conversion tool. When I attempt to use the tool I get the following error message - "An error occured when trying to access the service". Can someone suggest a workaround!

When I try to use the advertised as FREE conversion, I get the request for my Credit Card!

i can't check for you because i have an all apps subscription and using that link works perfectly fine for me.

but with no subscription, it may be that those services are no longer free.

As per my initial post:

The use of Online Converter PDF to Excels is stated to be FREE – refer uploaded pictures/screenshots.

Apparently just a Marketing-lie!

Have started using another free “free” converter and stopped use of other Adobe applications. Won’t renew them.
