Executive Order 13884 - cancel Venezuela accounts

Hello:
I am from Venezuela but currently, as is the case with many Venezuelans, I am residing in another country. They sent me an email notifying me that my account will be closed according to Executive Order 13884 issued by the US. The question is whether the order also affects the users who contributed the account while in Venezuela but who are currently residing in other countries, as is my case?
Is it possible to maintain the support and the account since I am currently in another country?
How do I issue a new subscription if the emails I have were opened while in Venezuela?

Thank you very much for your collaboration

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

I contacted adobe support for the same issue and they have no answer, they just copy-pasted the same info we all have and told me they couldn't do anything and that was all the info they had, I asked for a supervisor and they refused saying he/she wasn't available at the time

As said by kglad, you need to contact customer service on this issue. We have absolutely no influence on this and we do not have any answer for you.
