I have this problem by uploading can someone help me? my Pc is windows-7 and 64 bit

I'm very new by Adobe I just can't resolve problems by myself

If haven't installed any other Adobe applications other than Creative Cloud.

Follow below steps :

Open C:drive.

Navigate to  C:\Program Files(x86)\Common Files\Adobe.

Open Adobe folder and rename folder named Caps to Caps-old.

Then try to install CC app from Creative Cloud desktop application again, it should work .
