Exit Code 6, Adobe Master Collection Installation Failed

I have Adobe Master Collection C6S, and when i download any app other than Adobe Speed Grade C6S and AIR for Apple iOS Support (Because they are the only ones that install) it says "Some items for the following product(s) could not be installed successfully. Ive tried using Adobe Cloud Cleaner, i cant delete it due to it being discontinued and not being able to reinstall. But nothing works.

    What is the OS version ?

     

    If you are unable to remove it using Cleaner tool , try Microsoft Fix it tool :

    If you are using Win 10, during installation use Compatibility Troubleshooter.

    The thing it i dont think it is such a good idea to delete it due to me not being able to redownload it since it got discontinued, and how do i check to OS version.
