I'm trying to install Photoshop CC and keep getting the same error. DF024.

Hi StudioCortado

Please perform following steps:

  • Navigate to /Library/ColorSync/Profiles/Profiles
  • Rename folder "Profiles" to "Profiles_old"
  • Start installation again

I am having the exact same problem and I just changed the name of the folder with no success. Still getting the exact same error....


i had to do the same thing to the "recommended" folder and then it worked. Thanks!
