Fail to update Creative Cloud Photo Plan

I have updated my card, I have enough money on it, and yet every time I attempt to update my plan from 20GB to 1TB, it says each time: "Sorry, we can not change your plan. Please try again." (It says so directly translated from my language, Norwegian.)

I have checked that everything is okay, and it should be. Yet it still fails and I have tried several times. What should I do to fix this?

Sorry Helene for the trouble you are in, but as this is a user to user forum, we can't help with payment problems. I suggest you Contact Customer Care , click the call-out icon in the right down corner of your screen.

Type "agent" to get a human answering! (well don't know if in Norway there is also a bot answering the calls :-|).

If chat is Norwegian chat is closed, you can change your country to an English speaking one to get English support...
