Fake adobe call center scam?

I was chatting with an online assistant on the adobe website and they said they would have a sales person call me. Much later I got a call from a number in India ‭+91 120-4444711‬. She knew about my issues which made me feel it was legit. She then took my credit card info over the phone, which after talking to another adobe assistant he said adobe never takes credit Info over phone. A new account was setup for me but the issue was not resolved by the first assistant. Was this just a scam to get my credit card number? The email sent by the first assistant also looks very un adobe like. Bad fonts, por resolution image in the signature. I also can’t get anyone on the phone when I call her “direct” line. 1-866-646-1776;34674
