Fehlercode p 87

Hallo,

Ich wollte cc app aktualisieren und habe aber den Fehler p87 erhalten.

Habe danach die creative cloud deinstalliert( uninstall mit Fehlern) 

und jetzt funktioniert gar nichts mehr.

Kann die Creative Cloud nicht mehr installieren, es kommt immer der P87 

habe es auch noch mit dem Cleaner Tool versucht, hat aber auch nichts gebracht.

Jetzt weiß ich nicht mehr weiter 😞

Betriebssystem: Windows 10. Ich habe bereits die Win Installer Dienste beendet, das System neu gestartet. Aber der Fehler kommt weiterhin

What application are you attempting to install, Verenah135797734?  If it not Adobe XD, then the problem comes from the Windows Installer Service.  Please work with Microsoft or the computer manufacturer, to correct any errors that are affecting the use of this service on the computer.
