FILE ARCHIVE PART MISSING

New Here ,
Oct 20, 2015 Oct 20, 2015

So I have a new computer, I'm trying to download my previously purchased CS6 Production Suite on to it, I see my download history/serial number section, I've clicked on both the Z7 and.exe files, and when I try to open it, It is not giving me the Akamai netsession installer, and I get a message that says: "The file archive part of Adobe CS6 Prod. Prem. is missing.  You need all parts in the same folder in order to extract Adobe CS6.  Please download all parts."  Please explain where all "these parts" are that they are asking for, I've downloaded everything on my downloads page, but to no avail.  Thanks!

Well I would advise you to Contact Customer Care as a remote session would help.

Hi Sheena,

I did, and I followed them, the problem I'm having is that no Akamai netsession installer is downloading or prompting me when I download the CS6 files again.  I am downloading both files on the web site, (z7 and exe), this is really frustrating, I have a new computer, it is faster than my older one I am replacing, running windows 10, so wondering if it is a Win10 issue or ???

Any suggestions?  Thanks!
