Thanks in advance.

That means (to me) that you have something in your Windows "startup" that you may not want
How to disable a program in Windows startup
-Right click the 'window pane' in the very bottom left corner of the Windows desktop
-Select Task Manager in the pop up option window
-Click More details if you don't see startup
-Select the Startup tab inside Task Manager
-Select the program you want to disable
-Click Disable in the bottom right corner
-BE VERY CAREFUL WHAT YOU DISABLE
Don't disable something if you don't know what it is... you may make your Windows stop working!!!
I have been having the same issue for the past several months. Every time I start my system this "cc.png" file wants to be downloaded...what's the fix?
Having Same issue. This is the second time it has happened in about 1 month.

Not sure if related since it persisted after download cancelled.
Malware and antivirus scans are clear.
there's, at least, one other thread dealing with this https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/what-is-it-cc-png/m-p/13275751#M560361 but no resolution there, either, but suggested something to try.
