I updated PSE for Mac through Adobe and installed the app. Now, I just noticed that it does not appear in my list of products in my Adobe acccount. I can't go back and register it now, because I don't know and can't find the serial number. Is there any way now to register the product?
then you can use https://mac-product-key-finder.com/

My original post said I want to register the app, not activate it. If I replace my computer and need to reinstall PSE, it will require the serial number to download and reinstall. If it's registered in my Adobe account, the serial number will be right there. Otherwise, I will have to purchase a new license for PSE.

registration is superfluous. just record your serial number for later use.

you have 3 ways to recover a serial number that you once had:
1. if you purchased from or registered with adobe (automatically done with cs6), you can check your account, https://accounts.adobe.com
2. if your adobe program is installed on another computer you can recover its serial number from that computer,
(win:) http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html,
(mac:) https://mac-product-key-finder.com/
3. http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
