Find the Serial number or redemption code of photoshop

Hi,

I bought the Photoshop Elements 2022 (never installed it before due to personal movement), and want to install it on my PC now, and am asking for a serial number or redemption code. But I lost the serial number and redemption code. How can I find the Serial number or redemption code of Photoshop? I just keep the DVD, and there is no number or redemption code on it! What should I do now? Need help.

You could ask the retailer from which you bought it, but I suspect that without the serial number you are stuck.

you have 3 ways to recover a serial number that you once had:

1. if you purchased from or registered with adobe (automatically done with cs6), you can check your account, https://accounts.adobe.com

 2. if your adobe program is installed on another computer you can recover its serial number from that computer,

Where did you buy that DVD version?

As far as I know, Adobe did NOT sell the program on a disc, so Adobe is not going to be able to help

Since a serial number is inside the box, the place you bought the program will not be able to help either

Losing the serial number means you have a useless DVD that you can't use

Hi, I bought it in the shop of my former university in Japan, it is a kind of student teacher edition. I remember there is a product box with this DVD inside, but I lost the product box and kept the DVD only now! What can I do now to find the serial number?

If you can't get it from your retailer and you did not register it then there is nothing you can do

I bought it through the university co-op shop, and now I am asking the secretary (who helped make the order) to inquire about the officer in the shop.

well, you have nothing to lose, but there would be a serious problem if anyone (other than your and adobe) had a record of that serial number.

When you buy a program in a box the serial number or activation code is INSIDE the box... there is no way for the store where you bought the box to give you any information
