Finding serial number for a boxed, Lightroom 5 upgrade

Hello,

I have an upgrade disk for LR 5 purchased from Amazon, outer box, inner box, sleeve containing a disk, lots of numbers but none the 24-digit serial number. No help on the web site which says look on the box.  What to do?

    Thank you, but I have looked at that page. It says the serial number may be or should be somewhere on the box. But it isn't, or if it is I can't find it. What should I do next?
