Firewall ports for Adobe CC updates

A number of Mac computers on our network are not able to connect/download updates from Adobe.

Can anybody provide info on how mac retrieves updates? Is it through HTTP?

Thanks for this.

Just taking a look, the list seems quite excessive! We have added a number of the sites to "trusted sites" but still no joy.

I tried to download Adobe updates from a users machine and received a "error 207"
