Flash Professional Serial Number "Invalid"

Recently received a new laptop and wish to install my copy of Adobe Flash, however the serial number appears to be invalid every time i enter it.

> No, i am not entering it incorrectly, I've entered it manually and tried copy and pasting
> Yes, I have the serial number, it is on the "My products" page, listed as "Flash Pro" with the serial number directly under it
> My current OS is Windows 8.

I would like to know if my copy is, for some reason, no longer valid. Not by an error message.

I do not think it should still be invalid because no information was given to me about it becoming invalid or expiring,

it has been listed under "products in use" since the day of purchase, Mar 21, 2012. the issue is i can no longer use it and there is no clear download for my specific product.

The version listed says 11.5, so if it just a serial number provided for an in use product that is no longer in use, i'm slightly irritated.

I've seen this link several times, by you actually.
it is helpful for many cases and have gone through that same link before posting.

unfortunately, (as previously stated) i am not entering the code incorrectly, and i am on Windows just like when i Ordered it initially.
