Forgotten email and password of Adobe account...

Question

Hm, I have an account that has Creative Cloud Photoshop, but I seem to forgot both my email and my password(So basically my entire account.) How do I retrieve it? If I cant, can I cancel it? (By the way, it has: Photoshop, No:3650.)

Hi,

I see you have two (Photography plan & Single app after effects) active subscriptions under the same ID as with forums.

You need to sign in with this ID to Creative Cloud desktop app in order to use the applications.

Let us know if you need help in downloading the Creative Cloud app or any other application.
