Question

Genuine Software

I got a message from Adobe (I am assuming) that pops up often. It states the Adobe software I have is not genuine. So, I uninstalled all of the Adobe software I could find on my mac because I don't use them often enough. The pop up still comes back, however and I would appreciate some help trying to get this issue resolved. It is intrucive to my workflow and am now less likely than ever to recommend adobe products to a friend because the business model seems to target me for extortion rather than provide me a fuctional product.

If someone can help me with this issue, I may change my mind about adobe.

At some point, you probably acquired a non-genuine Flash Player from a non-Adobe website.

At any rate, use Mac Finder and manually remove the Adobe folder from your Applications.

I've moved this from the poorly named Community Help forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Get Started forum.
