Im just wondering, how I can get a refund I bought Premiere Pro last Friday to use it over the weekend and its just crazy slow because my mac is like 10 years old and can't handle the program. Also I've tried to call them but no one is answering its ridiclulous as of now its been 30 minutes and 40 seconds waiting for someone, I spent $240.00 realizing it doesn't work on my mac, and all I want is to refund my money. Can I get some help?
