Getting Premiere Pro 2025

I have an adobe subscription for Premiere Pro.  I have seen lots of talk about 2025 and some cool new features.  I understand it came out in October.

When I check for updates PR says it is up to date and I am on 2024 24.6.4 (build 3).

I don't understand why I do not seem to have it available to me.

When will I be able to get 2025?

If so, try resetting the CC App.
To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:

I have done the reset in creative cloud desktop.  ON the home page it shows icons including PRemiere Pro (25.1).  when I hover over it, it shows Open with the usual finger.  When I click on that icon it does nothing.  When I go to all apps, essential in your plan it shows Premiere Pro v25.1 and v24.6.4.  Here too, the OPEN button on Premiere Pro v25.1 does nothing.

Check if your firewall is blocking it.

I just checked and found it is installed on my computer.  However, when I try to run it I get this error:

That is a Microsoft problem, so you need a Microsoft solution
Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/ to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help

Yes my computer is well above the windows specs.
