I am having issues getting started with Creative Cloud. I try to join, but when I do I get the message payment system is unavailable. I think this may in part be do to needing to change my credit card. I have somehow managed to install the Creative Cloud Connection program and the Adobe Application Manager.

For the web page "creative.adobe.com", I am logged in and it says I have two gigs of storage. when I try to upgrade again I still get payment system unavailable.

I have  installed trial versions of LR4 and CS6, but Creative Cloud website  and the Application Manager do not recognize them. I am currently serving in Afghanistan so internet service is sketchy and extremely slow(took 8 days to download MS Office), so its a major issue downloading and bringing up webpages.

I saw under Adobe help that I can go through My Adobe and and click on services and subscriptions then click an edit option which will allow me to change my payment info, but under services and subscription I have nothing and so no way to edit.

I have downloaded and launched Edge Animate from the Application manager but still nothing shows on the creative cloud page or My Adobe page under services and subscriptions.

Can someone please help!!!!

Thanks Darryl

I suggest you use the support chat or create a support case and then post the case number. One of the staff guys will pick it up and provide the necessary details. I think there's a special support for military personnel somewhere that can take care of such matters through special channels, if need be...
