I'am getting a new computer and wants to re-install CS5 on my new computer without having to buy again. I have CS5 32 bit version running on windows XP (this was an upgrade from CS4-CS3) going to new 64 bit computer with Windows 7. How can I re-install a 64 bit version without having to buy CS5 over again

Run the installer on the new computer.  CS5 includes both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the applications when applicable.

If you don't plan on using the installed application on the older Win XP machine, make sure to go to Help> Deactivate... and remove the Activation permanently.
