i find a solution for this problem.

At first I find out that reinstalling or open CC app from CC website do not create that GPUCache folder. Than I reinstall my NVIDIA driver and activate "Lunch on login" in preferences of CC App Manager. When CC "Lunch on login" the GPUCache folder has not been created.

But if I toggle of "Lunch on login" and run CC App that folder again has been created.

IMHO i need to unstal and reinstall CC App but I would prefer to wait for update of CC App. May be that can solve this problem

There were also several reports in the Japan forum.

However, it does not happen on my Windows 10.

Adobe Creative Cloudを起動したらデスクトップにGPUCacheというフォルダが。

gpucache

"GPUCache" folder is included in the Photoshop preferences.

Will not it improve by reinstalling?
