Green Check Marks Don't Show Up

Community Beginner ,

The green check marks that signify that my files/folders have synced with Adobe Creative Cloud do not show up.  I have an open case, #ADB-2789962-G9D2 but have not received any help via email.  I get a call once a week when I am at work and cannot access my home computer.  I've been on hold tonight for over 2 hours, the second time this month.  Please help!  If I can't get this fixed, I will change my account back to default storage - currently I PAY for 1 TB of data storage.

The green check mark is a setting of your Windows/MacOS system. When the check mark does not show up, this does not mean that the synchronisation failed.

You can check this with the CC App:

When the app is thinking that all the files have been transferred, you can cross check this with a web browser.

Please specify your system for further help.

I use Windows 10.  I don't even get a green check mark that all files are up to date.  Usually all I get is the circle going round and round and it says syncing.  Occasionally I do get the green check mark on the files and folders, so I know it does work.  Just very rarely does this happen.  I can't go through a file (image) at a time for 776 GB of data.  I use this with Photoshop CC.

How do I get the green check marks to show up?  I know that some of my files didn't sync, because when I did see them, some had red triangles.

Thank you,

Bruce

Look here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-sg/help/3079213/sync-icon-overlays-are-missing-from-onedrive-and-on...

This is a Windows configuration problem.

I tried to apply the "automatic fix" and it didn't work because I don't have One Drive Business installed on my computer.  I really don't want to do a Window's registry edit on a new computer.   Other than One Drive, that I don't use, I only have Adobe CC installed on my computer.  I don't have Dropbox or other programs that use sync-icon-overlays.

This is a Windows issue (that may be solved here but...) so I would also ask that question in the Microsoft fora. The overlay is generated by Windows.
