GROSS: Sketchy cancellation fee
I went to go cancel my Creative cloud membership which I no longer need to find I'm being charged a cancellation fee which I was never informed about.
The fee is bogus, it's 50% of a remaining contract, Adobe never mentioned the fee, not on their website, not in the contract, I received no phone calls, no emails and I would never agreed to this.
Other subscription sites I'm apart of always send me email notifications to inform me of changes. I refuse to pay this and I will be sure to warn my friend and coworkes about this questionable "contract cancellation fee"
My bank and credit card company both say they shouldn't be able to do this if they haven't made an agreement with me, you can also look in this forum for "cancellation fee" and find a terrible track record of them stealing money with this unmentioned cancellation fee.
The program is decent why are you doing this? I could have seen myself signing up again in the future if I needed it but this is just pathetic and I'll never consider it now. What a sleezy way to operate a major company like this.
