Harddrive crash. How can i use CC on a new one....

Let me explain quickly. My 2nd PCs Harddrive died today. I was using CC on it to finish some work out of my freelance office. Over there i´m running another PC with CC. Will i be able to use CC when i replace the broken HDD? I couldn´t sign out before, so CC may think i´m still signed in, doesn´t it? How to get around it?
