MAC OS 10.14 (MOJAVE)

I am trying to upgrade my Lightroom CC2015 from version 6.0 to 6.14 and it is not working.

When I check the AdobeDownload logs, I found the following error in

$HOME/Library/Logs/AdobeDownload/DLM_Native.log

10/05/18 20:18:24:753 | [ERROR] |  |  |  |  |  |  | 52092 | AAM Helper: Action factory failed to create an object!

10/05/18 20:19:35:088 | [ERROR] |  |  |  |  |  |  | 52092 | AAM Helper: Action factory failed to create an object!

10/05/18 20:22:23:225 | [ERROR] |  |  |  |  |  |  | 52092 | AAM Helper: Action factory failed to create an object!

Can anyone help?

Many thanks in advance.

Best,

Roberto

Roberto, do you receive any errors beyond what you have posted when attempting to install the Lightroom Classic CC update?  Are you updating through the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application as described in Use the Creative Cloud desktop app to manage your apps and services ?

What happens if you download the 6.14 installer and run it?

Download Photoshop Lightroom
