Help cancel my subscription. Adobe Steps don't work
Urgent request for help please,
I'm trying to cancel my subscription. I'm becoming really frustrated that the steps outlined by Adobe do not work.
When clicking on the Member Plan there is no button to switch or cancel my plan.
Can someone from Adobe please help me? My yearly subscription expired on the 24th October, I didn't want it to renew, however it is now renewed and I'm continuing to receive invoices.
