Help! Don't have access to manage apps?

Can anyone help? Just signed up to CC and for some reason it's saying I can't download apps because I don't have access? This is my main computer profile, what's the deal?

Do you have a Teams /  Enterprise plan from school or office?  If so, contact your IT dept.

If this is an individual plan, please log-in to your account below.
https://account.adobe.com/plans
Scroll down to Support on the same page and click on Contact Adobe.  In the chat box, type AGENT followed by enter key. Technical support should be able to assist you.
