If you still have issues you can try uninstalling the Creative Cloud desktop app using the directions and uninstaller found here: Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application. Once the Creative Cloud desktop app has been removed using the uninstaller, please reinstall it according to these instructions: Use the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app to manage your apps and services.
