Typically, our corporate provisioning team works with the contact listed on your sales contract to get your companies Experience Cloud setup and activated. Can you tell me more about your specific situation? Did your company just sign a contract with Adobe? Have you heard from anyone on our corporate provisioning team? Do you know what solutions you purchased?

Yes, the CC includes all programs of the CC series:

As long as you are logged-in with your Adobe-id, you can install and use the programs in the list.To install, you need admin rights.
