help i can't install any adobe program and i don't know why

hi,

I have been trying to install some of the adobe programs like Ai, PS and Id but i can't :c 

The page says that it is not compatible with my version of Windows, but I have Windows version 22h2, I am supposed to be able to install it but it still won't let me. I also don't want to update my windows 10 to version 11. So I don't know what's actually happening.

I will be very grateful if anyone can help me. I need the programs for my university project.

thank u for all the help!!! i fixed the problem. so i have the programs installed now 

btw if you are wondering what was the issue,,, i just figured out that i was using Opera x, lol. 

So if u are having the same problem as me, Make sure you use microsoft or google chrome, otherwise you will not be able to have the programs
