Help!  I cannot type in my serial number from Amazon.  It has letters and Adobe will not accept.  I order a 1 year subscription of Adobe creative cloud from Amazon.  In order to license and activate my subscription, Adobe wants me to type in my serial number.  My serial number contains letters and Adobe will not accept the letters!

Serial numbers only have numbers - you might be looking at a redemption code.

Thank you, but this does not help me. It says “serial number” and it contains letters. I have no other number or “redemption code” given to me. This is very annoying. I just paid for a year subscription and can not access it!

This still doesn't help me.  The only "code" or "number" they gave me has letters in it.  And I still cannot access the subscription I paid for.  I cannot even find a phone number to call Adobe.  Could anyone at least help with that?
