Acrobat Pro DC is included with the CC all apps plan. It can also be subscribed as a stand alone plan.

Adobe Acrobat 2017 is an older version of Acrobat that was still available for buying on a perpetual basis recently. Acrobat 2017 is not the same as Acrobat DC (DC stands for "Document Cloud").
