Please help i have buy the software butt nobody can help me i have a problem with instal msvcp140.dll

From support is doesnt answer

Do you have the latest Windows updates?

I ask because Visual C++ is usually sent out by MS with Win updates.

Have you tried just downloading a fresh copy of the Creative Cloud installer?

    Try installing the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 package from Microsoft's web site
