HELP with activation

I purchased the Education Edition of CS6 (production premium). I have sent an email with my eligibility proof documents. I have not received communication back from Adobe with a serial number to activate my software. How long does it usually take?

Kindly refer : Serial number, Redemption, and Product codes | Student & Teacher Editions

It might take 1-2 days to get the serial number after after receipt of your proof of eligibility.
