Help with comprehensive Error (0xc000007b)

Evening guys, got a decent riddle for one of you tech savvy people to help me with...

So, i keep getting a common issue when attempting to install any ADOBE product, i have tried both Photoshop and premier pro. Long story short - i keep getting Error 0xc000007b. I understand the fix to this error is everywhere on multiple websites, but for the life of me i cannot figure out the fix. i have done the following: Reinstalled the programme multiple times (Adobe Premier Pro), reinstalled all windows C++ Redistributables. Attempted to replace crucial DLL files in system32 and sysWOW folders. NOTHING, cannot figure out what is wrong at all!

So basically - as you can see i have done all the basic troubleshooting issues.. also contacted windows for support and they have agreed with me that i have tried all troubleshooting best i can.

A couple more interesting and crucial bits of information. when the installer for the application finishes, it says that the programme was not fully installed correctly 'click here' to see the error logs, when i clcik the internet webpage attempts to open but does not open, the directory at the top takes me to this file(file:///C:/Users/nico_/AppData/Local/Temp/%7B35588F11-F7E3-4B5D-9AED-59790BED7FA2%7D/summary.htm) , which contains this error.

So yeah, I've got pretty comprehensive knowledge when it comes down to this sort of stuff but this one has totally stumped me!

Hi Nicol33358084,

Please follow the below steps:

1- Go to > Control Panel > Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) & > Click Uninstall > a new window will pop up select "REPAIR" in it.

2- Go to > Control Panel > Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64) & > Click Uninstall > a new window will pop up select "REPAIR" in it

3- After this restart the machine and Launch the Adobe Creative cloud desktop app and check

If it still fails, kindly refer to Errors "Exit Code 6" and "Exit Code 7" installing Adobe CS6, CS5.5, CS5, Premiere Elements, and Phot...

I have systematically gone through all of these troubleshooting solutions - the only issue i have found (potentially is in the logs) i will post the errors that occur on the logs and where they correspond from.
