Help with downloading photoshop. Adobe ID popping again and again.

Bought photoshop today. After I tried to download it, with and without my antivirus and firewall activated and from 2 different Wi-Fi connections, the same thing keeps happening. First, a window asking for account authentication pops up. After that, a screen pops up to confirm the download, normal stuff so far.

Then immediately a chrome tab opens named 'Adobe ID' telling me I'm signed in already and that I can close the tab and continue to my installation. Not 1 minute after the same thing occurs, the Adobe ID tab. After 6 of those tabs have opened, the download crashes with the 206 error code.
