Help with Installing

I need help, when ever I try to download Adobe Creative Cloud it starks working and saying intalizing, but it doesn't go all the way. It gets about 1/20 of the way and the last thing I see is setting up Creative Cloud on Desktop, then it closes out of the installer. Please help. Thank you.

uninstall anything cc that may be installed, clean (Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6) and then reinstall the cc desktop app from, Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe CC trial

make sure your antivirus/antimalware is shutdown and when starting the installation (if win os), right click>click 'run as administrator'.

For Windows:

Open C:drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe.

Open Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe.

Open Adobe folder and if present delete Adobe Creative Cloud folder.  ( **important step)

Then try to install Creative Cloud desktop app.

For Mac :

Trash Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Application Manager folders from Utilities folder and try to install Creative Cloud desktop app.
