When I will reinstall the program, when the free license ends, and i put my account and everything, but they say: "we are unable to start your subscription...". How i'll resolve this?

And exactly which program? And what is a "free license"? Are you referring to a trial version? anyway, probably safe to say you need to contact sales support by phone or via the support form...
