VIN number, Redemption Code, and serial number  

The VIN number begins with ADB, and is 19 characters long. It appears below the barcode on the sticker on the back of the product box. The VIN number also appears on the sales receipt labeled as Serial Nbr.

                          

The Redemption Code is 24 characters long, and contains both alpha and numeric characters. It is printed below the black peel off sticker at the back of the box.

                          

The serial number is 24 characters long and only numbers. It is generated when the user enters the Redemption Code in the  http://www.adobe.com/go/getserial site.
