Horrible experience in using Creative Cloud

I have paid for a Creative Cloud plan for 1 year 8 days ago, which includes Photoshop CC and Lightroom Classic CC. Today all these apps becomes trial versions.


I reinstall everything once again and still like this. I can login to my account, but all these apps they are still not activated even I reinstalled the Apps again and again, and my computer still cannot be associated with my creative cloud account. What is going on?

I have already spent 3 hours on this. I tried to get help from adobe website, but no chat available, no email provided, and my money was taken away already.


So what can I do with this situation?

Trial is 7 days, so somewhere in the process, your computer and/or Adobe do not see that you paid what is due. Do not panic, we will get that working.

First, please look into this: Stop Adobe Creative Cloud from opening in trial mode after purchase .

If that does not help, please come back to the forum for more advice and help.
